This is a 12-week program with one 50-minute session per week. This program is designed to guide you through building authentic happiness in your life. In these live sessions we will dive deep into a new element of happiness each week and work on creating habits that lead to an overall more authentically happy life.
This program is crafted to create a safe space for reflection, learning, and growing. As we explore the intricacies of happiness, you will be encouraged to implement small manageable changes in your life so by the time the program ends you will feel a significant difference in your level of happiness.
